Inspection and findings

Diagnostic testing identified faulty fuel injectors in cylinders 3 and 6. Further inspection revealed a cracked PCV assembly and a damaged coolant pipe contributing to the coolant leak.

Work performed

Injectors 3 and 6, their necessary O-rings and seals, the PCV assembly, coolant pipe, and required intake gaskets were replaced. Components were reassembled and tightened to manufacturer torque specifications.

Result

The documented causes of the misfire and coolant leak were addressed, and the engine was reassembled and checked after service.
